Change Management and Cultural Change
Shop floor management with clear key figures and targets (KPIs), further continuous process improvement and a positive error culture – this is where many managers see the greatest potential in the pursuit of “higher, faster, further”. Here “the human is at the center” – and in the way at the same time?! In order to promote a change of culture, a holistic approach is required, including methods/techniques and behavioral changes.
We have been supporting companies on the path to change since 1999. Some of our change management consultants have a background in psychology and we use them together with our lean specialists. And we must never forget: Even when it comes to processes and hard targets, we are working with people and it is they who make up the company. It is important that they identify strongly with the company’s objectives and strive for change on their own. Improving processes, introducing new methods, changing structures and cooperation – this is only possible with the people in the company. The employees are the force for change and they receive their motivation through trial and error, experience, feedback and ultimately through success and their appreciation. That is why leadership, which is responsible for creating the conditions for successful improvement, is so important.
Our change approach with coaching, change management and employee development supports managers in developing their teams in such a way that they perform their tasks competently, enthusiastically and with motivation. Only those who respect and promote both “soft” and “hard” factors together will have the chance to exploit their full potential.
